Midsummer Place reveals GAIL’s Bakery opening soon

The next phase of developments at Midsummer Place is now well under way, with visitors this week catching their first glimpse of incoming tenant GAIL’s Bakery as branded hoardings were unveiled around the ongoing Oak Court works.

The much-loved artisan bakery brand is set to open at the centre later this year, with opening dates still to be confirmed.

Founded in London, GAIL’s has become one of the UK’s most recognisable premium bakery brands, celebrated for its handcrafted breads, pastries, sandwiches and speciality coffee, all made using high-quality ingredients and traditional baking methods.

The arrival of GAIL’s forms part of wider redevelopment works currently taking place within the former New Look and a red logo for hollister with a bird on itHollister units at a white letter m on a blue backgroundMidsummer Place. Once complete, the project will create one large new retail destination, which is also expected to open later this year.

This latest phase of investment continues the ongoing transformation of Midsummer Place, following a series of significant improvements and refurbishments across the centre. Recent developments include the introduction of new food cabins along The Boulevard, the refurbishment and reopening of a hsbc logo with a red triangle in the middleHSBC, upgrades to the a red tesla logo on a white backgroundTesla showroom, the refurbishment of a red logo for hollister with a bird on itHollister, and New Look relocating into the former GAP unit.
