This year, centre:mk is excited to welcome a brand-new, heartwarming adventure for families visiting Santa – and it all begins with Norbert, Santa’s newest reindeer!

Step into Santa’s magical reindeer stable, where children will meet Norbert, a charming reindeer puppet brought to life by his talented elf puppeteer. Through an interactive, immersive experience, Norbert’s enchanting Christmas story unfolds, filled with messages of courage, kindness, and the joy of embracing our differences. Children will join in the fun by singing festive songs and helping Norbert discover the special magic that will allow him to join Santa’s reindeer team. Along the way, they can craft reindeer food in the workshop, snap selfies with Norbert and the elves, and enjoy the wonder of the season before heading to Santa’s Grotto for a family photo and a personal meeting with Santa himself. Every child will also take home a special gift from the big man in red!

The full experience lasts around 30 minutes and takes place in the enchanting "Starlight Square" – a transformed Middleton Hall where visitors can also enjoy a Christmas market, festive train ride, VR sleigh ride, Victorian carousel, and a helter-skelter. It’s a Christmas adventure you won’t want to miss!
