The venue has been acquired by a partnership led by Mo Abdul, Ranjeet Goraya, Ali Khan and former owner Alex Lurie.
The new ownership group has pledged significant investment to upgrade the facility, enhance the guest experience from 2026 onwards, and position Vertigo VR as one of Milton Keynes’ leading leisure destinations.
First launched as a pioneer of virtual reality entertainment in the city, Vertigo VR has built a reputation for immersive attractions including the VR Arena, VR Sphere, VR Escape Games, 5D Cinema and VR Ride.
Under new leadership, the venue is preparing for a major transformation. Plans include modernising facilities, upgrading equipment, refreshing interiors, and enhancing the food and drink offering. The vision is to create a more dynamic environment that will appeal to returning fans as well as first-time visitors, reintroducing Vertigo VR as a destination for fun, adventure and shared experiences.
To mark this new chapter, Vertigo VR is offering up to 50% off selected experiences and packages for a limited time, giving visitors the chance to rediscover everything the venue has to offer.
Backed by the new ownership team, Vertigo VR is on course not only to recapture its former popularity but to surpass it, securing its place as one of Milton Keynes’ most exciting leisure venues.
