Producer Paul Taylor-Mills shared:

“We’re thrilled to bring Percy Jackson’s epic journey to more UK audiences following the success we’ve had in London. This show is full of energy, humour, and heart—whether you're a long-time fan or new to the world of Camp Half-Blood, you’re in for an unforgettable adventure.”

Adapted from the much-loved book series (which has sold over 180 million copies globally), Percy Jackson’s story has captured hearts through films and a hit Disney+ series. The musical first debuted off-Broadway in 2014, earning rave reviews. After two national US tours, a second off-Broadway stint in 2017, and a 16-week Broadway engagement in 2019, The Lightning Thief recently made a splash in London with a critically acclaimed, record-breaking run at The Other Palace.

When Percy Jackson, a teenager from New York City, discovers he’s the demigod son of Poseidon, his world changes forever. Thrust into a mythological adventure larger than life, Percy must come to terms with his newfound powers, a prophecy he didn’t ask for, and an array of legendary monsters on his trail.

As Percy, Annabeth, and Grover set off on a thrilling mission, the fate of the world hangs in the balance. Get ready for an unforgettable journey that will keep you on the edge of your seat!

This fast-paced musical adaptation features a book by Joe Tracz (Be More Chill), with music and lyrics by Rob Rokicki (Monstersongs). It’s directed and choreographed by Lizzi Gee (Groundhog Day), with set and costume design by Ryan Dawson Laight (Burlesque), lighting design by Tim Deiling (SIX), and sound design by Dan Samson (Heathers The Musical). Video design is by Matt Powell (Chess), musical supervision by Jeremy Wootton (Heathers The Musical), and musical direction by Will Joy (Cruel Intentions – The 90s Musical). Illusions are crafted by Richard Pinner (Ghost), fight direction by Lisa Connell (Heathers), with Libby Watts (Wicked) as Associate Director & Choreographer, and Christophe Eynde (Your Lie In April) as Associate Set & Costume Designer.
