PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL returns for a major UK tour in 2027, arriving at 
Milton Keynes Theatre from Tue 6 – Sat 17 April 2027.
Audiences are invited back to Beverly Hills to experience one of Hollywood’s most iconic romantic comedies, following the show’s record-breaking West End run and sell-out first UK and Ireland tour in 2023.
Vivian and Edward are unlikely soulmates who overcome the odds to discover each other — and themselves. Audiences can relive the unforgettable moments from the beloved film while discovering these iconic characters in a fresh new way in this joyful and uplifting love story.
The musical is brought to the stage by an acclaimed creative team spanning music, Hollywood, and Broadway. PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL features direction and choreography by two-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde, Hairspray), an original “blazing rock score” (Daily Mail) by Grammy® winner Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance, and a book by the film’s legendary director Garry Marshall and screenwriter J. F. Lawton.
The production also features Oh, Pretty Woman by Roy Orbison and Bill Dee, the worldwide hit that inspired one of cinema’s most-loved romantic comedy films. Released in 1990, PRETTY WOMAN quickly became an international box office sensation.
The musical features scenic design by David Rockwell, costumes by Tom Rogers based on the original Broadway designs by Gregg Barnes, lighting design by Kenneth Posner and Philip S. Rosenberg, sound design by John Shivers, hair design by Josh Marquette, and music supervision, arrangements, and orchestrations by Will Van Dyke. 101 Productions, Ltd/Kathy Kim serves as Global General Management Consultant, with direction recreated by Dominic Shaw.
PRETTY WOMAN: THE MUSICAL premiered at Chicago’s Oriental Theatre in March 2018 before transferring to Broadway’s Nederlander Theatre. Since then, productions have toured internationally, including a successful German production in Hamburg and a US tour launched in 2021. The musical opened in the West End at the Piccadilly Theatre in February 2020 before transferring to the Savoy Theatre in 2021, where it played until June 2023 ahead of its first sell-out UK and Ireland tour.
