Milton Keynes Gears Up to Host 'Tour of Britain' Start!
Milton Keynes is set to take the spotlight this September as Britain’s biggest cycle race rolls into town! The Lloyds Tour of Britain, which is the UK’s largest free-to-watch live sporting event, will blast off from Midsummer Boulevard on Thursday 4 September, bringing elite cycling, big crowds and festival vibes to the City Centre.

The third stage of the Lloyds Tour of Britain will begin in Milton Keynes, starting right outside Hotel La Tour. Spectators can expect front-row views of some of the world’s top cyclists as they launch into the third leg of the 2025 race, at 10.45am.
From there, riders will power through Milton Keynes before heading out to finish in Ampthill, Central Bedfordshire. The full route of this exciting stage will be revealed later in July.
