Milton Keynes is Proud! 🌈

Milton Keynes Pride Festival is a (Not For Profit) Community Interest Company that has been developed to provide Milton Keynes with an annual Pride. Milton Keynes came together to celebrate Pride on Saturday 14th September with a series of City-Wide events and was a roaring success!

Celebrating 5 years of Pride in Milton Keynes, the Team behind the event includes Director Keith Emmett III, Director Lee Kaye and Secretary Amy Claxton, as well as a diverse Team behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to bring the festival to Milton Keynes, welcoming tens of thousands of attendees for a day filled with joy and pride.

The festival featured a stellar line up which included artists from the Queer Comedy Club, Liberty X, Matt Terry, Kitty Scott-Claus, Victoria Scone, Vicki Vivacious and Queenz.

As well as a whole host of performances across a variety of tents, festival-goers were treated to a Funfair, Bumper Cars, Kids Space, Sensory Tent and Rainbow Market.

Pride celebrations didn't just take place at Campbell Park though - 12th Street was the official Pride Village and Xscape hosted the 'Tree of Pride' where visitors were invited to decorate it with their pledges to work toward a more inclusive and caring future.

Event sponsors included City Centre based businesses Santander, MK Community Foundation, centre:mk, 12th Street, Milton Keynes Theatre, Hotel LaTour and Fourteen Sky bar and Restaurant.
