Saturday morning brought a touch of sparkle to centre:mk as Katie Loxton and Joma Jewellery officially opened their brand-new store – with Katie Loxton herself cutting the ribbon at 10am to a crowd of excited shoppers.
This opening is a milestone moment for the much-loved British brands, marking their very first bricks-and-mortar store. What began in 2008 as a small idea inspired by Katie and her husband Geoff’s travels has grown into two hugely popular names celebrated for meaningful messages, personalised touches and beautiful, gift-ready designs.
Inside the new store, shoppers will find endless inspiration. Alongside their signature handbags, accessories and sentiment bracelets, there’s a Design Bar, where you can create your very own piece of jewellery. Choose your beads, pick your charms, and build something completely personal – whether it’s a treat for yourself or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
There’s also an embroidery machine in-store, offering on-the-spot personalisation. Simply pick your handbag or pouch and have it embroidered with initials – yours, or those of the lucky person you're gifting it to – for a truly bespoke finish.
And, just in time for the festive season, the store features a beautifully decorated Christmas tree, sparkling with gorgeous gifts ready to spoil the ones you love. From glittering jewellery to cosy accessories, it’s impossible not to feel festive the moment you step inside.
The opening brought a lovely buzz to centre:mk, and this gorgeous new addition is already set to become a go-to stop for gifting all year round.
