A Blooming Boost for Milton Keynes City Centre 🌺

Milton Keynes City Centre has had a summer glow-up! Fifty colourful new planters have popped up along Midsummer Boulevard, stretching from the train station to the shopping centres. Packed with pink, purple and white Surfinias, they’re bringing a cheerful burst of colour to the city streets.

Funded by local businesses through My-MK BID, the planters don’t just look great – they’re also bee-friendly and built to last, with a self-watering system that only needs topping up once a week. They’ll be refreshed with winter plants later in the year, with even more displays planned for 2026. So if you're passing through, take a second to enjoy the blooms – they're there to make your day a little brighter!
