For £28.50, guests can enjoy fresh Devon crab, perfectly cooked fries, and a glass of Muscadet – a simple but elegant pairing inspired by classic French coastal dining.

The restaurant says the new Monday tradition is all about bringing a little joie de vivre to the start of the week.

Seasonal Soufflés Take Centre Stage on Tuesdays

Tuesdays are dedicated to one of the restaurant’s signature dishes – the soufflé. Alongside its much-loved classics, Brasserie Blanc is introducing a rotating Soufflé du Moment, with flavours changing monthly to reflect the best seasonal ingredients.

The restaurant revealed it served more than 130,000 soufflés in 2025 alone, cementing the dish as one of its standout favourites.

Steak and Wine Wednesdays

From 5pm every Wednesday, diners can enjoy the Oh La Steak experience, featuring Aubrey Allen 30-day dry-aged steaks sourced from native British cattle breeds.

To make midweek dining even more tempting, guests ordering two steaks will also receive a complimentary bottle of wine.

Friday Evenings with Charcuterie and Wine

Brasserie Blanc is helping guests ease into the weekend with its Charcuterie & Wine offer, available all day on Fridays.

For £35, diners can share a hand-selected charcuterie board alongside a carafe of house wine, with the option to swap the wine for two spritzers instead.

Weekend Coffee and Croissants

Weekend mornings are also getting a French-inspired upgrade, with freshly baked pastries and artisan coffee now served from 10am to 12pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Guests can enjoy flaky croissants, pastries, coffee, or tea in a relaxed brasserie setting – perfect for a slower start to the day.

All-Day Sunday Roasts

Sunday roasts are now available all day and feature ethically sourced meats supplied by award-winning butcher Aubrey Allen.

Each roast is served with cauliflower cheese, seasonal vegetables, savoy cabbage, Yorkshire puddings, gravy, and bottomless roast potatoes.

Happy Hour Offers Throughout the Week

Brasserie Blanc is also introducing Happy Hour from Sunday to Friday between 5pm and 7pm, with Thursday extended until 8pm.

Guests can enjoy 2-for-1 selected beers and cocktails, alongside discounts on bottles of wine.

Whether it’s a relaxed coffee and croissant on a weekend morning, a midweek steak night, or drinks with friends after work, Brasserie Blanc’s new weekly experiences are designed to bring people together over great food and classic French hospitality.
