Bluey’s Big Play Returns to the UK – Coming to Milton Keynes Theatre This November

Family favourite Bluey is brought to real life in this smash-hit live show, which comes to Milton Keynes Theatre from Thu 27 – Sat 29 Nov.

Bluey, Bingo, Mum and Dad are returning to the stage by popular demand in the Olivier Award-nominated live show Bluey’s Big Play.

Opening on 25 October, the tour will visit 32 venues across the UK and Ireland through to August 2026, with performances at the milton keynes theatre logo is blue and white with a red stripe .Milton Keynes Theatre from Thursday 27 to Saturday 29 November.

Brimming with music, laughter, and family fun, this theatrical adaptation of the Emmy® Award-winning television series brings the beloved Heeler family to life through beautifully crafted puppetry. The critically acclaimed production has enchanted audiences of all ages, delivering a heartwarming and hilarious experience that fans won’t forget.

Since debuting in Australia, Bluey’s Big Play has toured internationally across the UK, Ireland, Canada, the US, Europe, Singapore, and the UAE, entertaining millions of fans worldwide.

A true treat for families, the production features the familiar voices of Dave McCormack and Melanie Zanetti as Dad and Mum, alongside a brand-new story by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and music by series composer Joff Bush. Produced by Andrew Kay and Cuffe & Taylor with Windmill Theatre Co for BBC Studios, this live show captures the magic of the much-loved series.

The talented cast of actors and puppeteers includes Shakira Alleyne (Hey Duggee, Bluey’s Big Play UK & Ireland Tour), Shanaye Flanagan (Bluey’s Big Play, International Tour / Smurfs Live on Stage), Miroe Fuches (The Wizard of Oz), Reanne Hewitt (recent graduate), Helena Mitchell (Milkshake Live, The Dinosaur Show), Tess Oliver (Bluey’s Big Play Europe Tour), Olivia Rainbow (The Paddington Bear Experience), Shea Ellen Roberts (To the Moon and Back), Adam Ryan (The Very Hungry Caterpillar Show), Aarod Vawser (Bluey’s Big Play Australia, US & Europe), Rhys Wild (Zog Live UK Tour), Evie Whybrow (The Jungle Book, Magic at the Musicals), and Laura Wingrove (The Stranger Things Experience).

When Dad decides he needs some quiet afternoon time, Bluey and Bingo have other ideas! With their boundless imagination and playful tricks, they’re determined to get Dad up and moving. Written by Bluey creator Joe Brumm and featuring new music by Joff Bush, this is Bluey — for real life.
