How to Find MK Gallery

MK Gallery is centrally located in Milton Keynes at 900 Midsummer Blvd, opposite Campbell Park. It is within walking distance of the main shopping and dining areas of the city centre and is easily accessible by car, bus, and train. The gallery is approximately a 25–30-minute walk from Milton Keynes Central railway station, with regular buses available for a quicker journey. Regular services (routes 1-8 & 300) run from MK Central Station. You can catch these from stops Y1/Y2/Y3/Y5, ask for 12th Street (Theatre District) stop on Midsummer Boulevard. Bus timetables and maps can be found here.

If you would prefer to grab a taxi, these are available at the station, or can be ordered via Bolt, Uber or other local firms, and will cost approx £4 to MK Gallery.

Where to Park & Parking Tariffs

The best parking options near MK Gallery are centre:mk Multi-Storey and on-street parking (red and purple bays). Parking tariffs vary, and for ease of payment, we highly recommend installing RingGo on your phone before your visit. This will allow for seamless parking payments on the day. If you want to avoid parking in the city centre, there is the option of Park and Ride which is located at junction 14 of the motorway at the Coach way park. Find out more here.

Where to Stay

If you’re planning an overnight stay, there are several nearby hotels to choose from.

Hotel La Tour offers a stylish, modern stay with stunning rooftop views, while
Premier Inn Milton Keynes Centra

Where to Eat & Drink

There are plenty of restaurants in The Hub, centre:mk, and Xscape, all close to the gallery. However, 12th Street is the nearest dining area to MK Gallery, offering a selection of restaurants.

If it’s your first visit to Milton Keynes, we highly recommend a trip to

Fourteen Bar at the top of Hotel La Tour, where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the city alongside great cocktails or a coffee, depending on your mood.

Onsite at MK Gallery, the

Café offers excellent coffee, and a selection of food made with locally sourced produce, making it a great option for refreshments before or after your visit. Please be aware food and drink is not permitted in the exhibition area.

Restaurants around the gallery can become very busy, particularly when there is a show on at

MK Theatre, so we highly recommend booking ahead. If booking isn’t an option, you can head to our website mymk.cc for a full list of eateries in the city along with an interactive map to help you find where you need to go.
