At Midsummer Place, head to The Boulevard for a great choice of food, from Panda Woo and Souv-Lucky Day Greek Gyros to House of Sliders, Jerk N Rum, and many more. You can also relax with a coffee at Waterstones’ café while browsing the latest reads.

For mum's who love an adrenaline rush, why not take her for an action-packed experience at Snozone, where you can hit the indoor slopes for skiing or snowboarding? If heights are more her thing, try an indoor skydive at iFLY.

Snozone has an excellent on-site café, so you can grab a warm drink and relax after all the excitement.

Ori Caffé & Clarins Spa at John Lewis

From 16 Feb – 15 Mar 2026, treat yourself and your mum to a sparkling cream tea at Ori Caffé on the Mezzanine, featuring a freshly baked scone with jam and cream, an Italian pastry, a glass of prosecco (or non-alcoholic alternative), and loose-leaf tea. Afterwards, enjoy a 45-minute facial or back, neck and scalp massage for both guests at Clarins Skin Spa, also on the Mezzanine.

On Sunday 15 Mar, indulge in a classic afternoon tea at MK Gallery, with finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream, delicate pastries, and a warming loose-leaf tea.
