Their rides are open to anyone and everyone — expect party pace, low mileage, and strictly no lycra. Hands rides are all about taking it easy, having fun, and making new friends, while enjoying the beautiful city of Milton Keynes and its green spaces.
For All Flows 2026, Hands® will be hosting a special ride on Saturday 16 May, taking in two of MK’s iconic 1980s housing expo sites: Homeworld in Bradwell Common and Energyworld in Shenley Lodge.
Meet up at 
MK Gallery at 10am before setting off on the route at 10.30am.
No bike. No problem. All Flows' friends at Lime will be deploying a number of bikes for participants to use, completely free of charge.
