This concert marks Hilary Davan Wetton’s final performance as Music Director of the Alina Orchestra, bringing to a close a distinguished musical partnership that has continued since the Orchestra was founded in 2017.
This special farewell performance brings together orchestra, soloists and large choral forces for an evening of powerful music and celebration. From the dramatic depth of Potter’s symphony to the world-famous “Ode to Joy,” the concert promises emotion, scale and uplift.
Joined by the Danesborough Chorus and MK Chorale, Hilary Davan Wetton conducts Beethoven’s monumental Ninth Symphony, with four outstanding soloists completing the line-up.
