Nuffield Health is a health and wellbeing centre that offers a wide range of services to help you stay fit and healthy.
It features a large gym overlooking the ski slope, with a large weights training area, a fitness studio with a huge variety of classes, a cycling studio and a swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
Family friendly
There's also a creche so you can work out or go for a swim knowing your little ones are being well looked after. Plus there's a junior fitness programme for family friendly activities.
Health Assessments
Nuffield Health offers comprehensive health assessments to help you understand your health and identify any potential issues. These assessments are carried out by expert health advisors and include a range of tests and checks.
Other Services
In addition to the gym and health assessments, Nuffield Health also offers physiotherapy, nutritional therapy, and mental health services.
